My Photographs

For this project, we created a three-image photographic series- using photography to express relationships, stories, or connections meaningful to me!

Here is my creation, I made it on CANVA because I thought the background made my family look 10x cuter!

Artist Statement:

I really and truly loved this project, because for me, taking pictures is how I express myself. I take photos of most things, I also have an INSANE amount of photo albums at home, that I hope to one day be able to show my future children and family. For my images, the overarching theme I went with was happiness. Overall, I think I am a really happy person, and I love to spread love and joy to others, and I think the photos I chose, and the family I chose to include in my photos also do a really good job of representing happiness as well. I chose my first image of my family because they are my world, I love my parents and siblings I am forever grateful for them- my sister is not in this image because it is very rare my whole family is together but I still love her just as much. My second image is my partner, he is truly my rock and my biggest supporter and I just love the life we have begun to create together. My final image is an image of my 3 dogs because I just love animals, and I am such an animal person, and that is a huge part of my life as well that brings me so much happiness!!!!!
