Why and how too much of a routine could be bad….
Welcome back again! You’ve made it to inquiry post number 3! This post is a little different than the last, in this post we will talk about what happens when you have too much of a routine?
My Experience
Personally, I have never really thought about how having too much of a routine can be portrayed as a negative thing. I read a couple articles that covered this topic, but none of them really explained it in the way I liked, instead I found this energetic YouTube video that I think did a great job.
If life becomes too structured, it will limit your personal flexibility, you may miss out on opportunities because you feel like you must stick to your routine and anything outside of it might be bad.
Despite me thinking this is not the case for most people, I can see how some people can think this. Having too structured of a routine might weaken a person’s own personal growth journey.

Make Life Enjoyable!
Although I think having a routine and being structured is a good thing, if it is not being taken too seriously, and life is still enjoyable I think routines are a very positive thing.
